you're being too hard on yourself, everyone likes familiarity, it makes us feel secure. but you've got to challenge yourself, otherwise you're going to feel like a waste of space all the time. seriously, make a list of things you want to do, create a plan, and do them. it won't be easy but you'll feel better about yourself. trust me i know what i'm talking about, i also have social anxiety and this has helped me.
