Scooter 'build up'? I need direction.....?

I currently have a Daelim Merecilot. I believe in english its a messenger. Anyways... its 49cc and just not quite up to speed. Im trying to find some where to order some other than OE parts. Mainly a larger jug and piston. Im currently stationed in So. Korea so its hard to ask the locals where to find something like this can any one please help?
