Poetry ysis of "in Just-" E.E. mings?

This is a poem which celebrates the joy of Spring. Everything is in Spring and the "green" children enjoy the excitement of youthful games. All is wonderful here. There is no thought of Winter and old age here. The only adult in this poem is the magical balloon man who makes balloon animals or magical shapes for the children. It is a carnival mood in the poem.
