Whats a natural high? is it the same as drugs?

i dont do drugs, well maybe once er twice a long time ago but thats in the past! i heard something bout a natural high and what is it? and please dont leave a dum comment about how im spelling this there has been too many people complainin and i just do this to save time!! its not an essay its a question!
