My frend is nearing her menopause ..her periods r iregular.in d past month she had 2 wid a gap of just 14 days?

when she went for check up...it was revealed in the scan report that she has multiple fibroids in her uterus, a cyst in her right ovary and nabothian follicles in the cervix....when her cervical smear was bein taken for pap test, she said it pained a li'l...do all these indicate sumthing to be worried about or is this normal and need not be anything serious....someone who is a gynaecologist please advice....i really want to know if there's nothing wrong as im sick with worry for her.
