Whats a good prank to play on my brother?

I live with my younger brother (just him and I.) We have lived together for almost a year but about two months ago, he started playing these pranks on me. They arent dangerous in anyway, but creep and spook the heck of out me. Usually it involves his friends taking part too. Like one night while I was sleeping on the couch, he sent his friend into the living room while it was dark and the friend was moving around and woke me. I had no idea who this person was and it SCARED me. Haha..Last week bro agreed to stop with the pranking and he's held true. I just want to get one good one in. I've never retaliated because I personally think its a bit immature but my girlfriends and I want to get at them just once. Any suggestions? We're 20 and 21..not immature...just like to have fun :)
