What should I make for my teenage boyfriend's birthday?

My boyfriend's birthday is coming up and he's turning 15. I usually tend to make him something. I've made him homemade CD's and even an "Army Strong" t-shirt. I've run out of ideas and could use a little help brainstorming unique and memorable presents I could make for him.
