I came down with shingles and miissed my period. Is it related?

I was diagnozed with shingles on last week. I am 33 y.o., never missed my period in my life. This month my mensus never really came, I saw few blood sports for 2 days, but it never started. I am not pregnant 100%. Is shingles can effect my period? Should I worry?
