Do you think being with someone for only 6 mth and moving in together is too soon?

My boyfriend and I started dating October 14, 2005.....we broke up I think 1 week after v-day....we got back together April 24th approx. So a part for 1mth and 1/2...ne ways...while we were not together he ended up sleeping with this girl and I took him back...He seems to be insecure with himself..always is askin if I love him, If I think about anyone else, accuses me of talking to other men, accused me of sleeping around, dating etc when we weren't together. All the time he asks, are you attracted to other guys, are you sure you love me, do you want to be with me, when we make love, do you think of another guy, when you dream, do you dream of other men....it is a turn off...i love him so much...well in 2 mths, he is going to move in with me....i need some advice
