Can courts from one State find out about pending charges for the other state?

Recently I was arrested for a little bit of pot in my car. Cop, found it, processed me, I was out jail in an hour. What sucks is I am dealing with court stuff in another state right now, that hasn't been finished yet, and I haven't plead guilty yet. I'm wondering, if the Prosecutor or anyone else could find out about the other state records without deliberately searching for them from state to state. Like, if it would just show up when they "type my name in" even though the other court stuff it is out of state, and hasn't ended yet?
