Help, my phone is on fire?

Okay so, I'm not sure how to phrase this but I think my cello phone burst into flames. But the flame are green? Uhhhhh, oh god what do I do. I don't have anybody to ask because I likve alone. And the also the police turned me down and I can't understand why..... help!!!!!!!!
