I hurt my back and it might cost me, what should I do?

First of all, my health. I'm an avid martial artist, I do too much than I should, I'm fourteen I fought in an organized underground, no rules everything goes. I was in a match and I won, I'm undefeated, but after the fight my back was in so much pain I collapsed in the winners circle, the doctors think it's a "PARS" fracture, basically a fracture cause by physical stress on the lower back, the only way to treat is is to have two pins and a screw put in my back. If that happens I can't be a marine, I lived my entire life training to be a marine, if that happens thats my entire lifetime shot, what should I do, it's eating at me?
