I want Dwarf aquatic frogs but i dont know what i should put with them.Can a plecostomus go with them?

you can put any kind of little fish in with them nothing big because your tank isn't that big. Keep an eye on those little froggys the bury themselves in the gravel and if they die under the gravel the ammonia from them can be toxic to your other fish if you don't notice them missing.
