I was in a car accident in a leased car, what are my options?

I was in an accident in a leased car and the car was damaged and the collission shop picked it up. I signed an authorization to work paper but my father is the owner of the car. But, the collission shop says they will release the car if I would like. Now I want to know is whether I should just let the collission shop do the work (it is reputable) or go to the Nissan dealership (my car is an 07 Maxima)? The collission shop is saying If I go to the dealership, the accident goes on my record, the car depreciates, the car loses its warranty, and the dealer wont use genuine parts and I would have to pay my deductible even though the accident was not my fault. They say if I let them (the collission shop) do it, they will not let me have to go through any of that hle. What should I do? Help me please. I need quick answers> : (
