Is anyone else interested in politics for the first time because of Senator Obama?

I have always been sort of apethetic about politics, as everone seemed to be two heads of the same beast...Regardless of whether Republicans or Democrats were in office, things never changed. Then this man came along that I had never heard of. I heard his speech and he offered something different. The ideas he spoke of resonated with me and I knew they would resonate with the American people who were sick of our govt. being for special interests and being divided among partisan lines. I knew his message would take off and I was hooked. Three months and 40+ contests later, this man is taking down one of the most powerful names in politics. I support Barack Obama for President. I am one of millions that are making our voices heard. Whether he can acomplish what he sets out to do is unknown...but the one thing that is known is that electing the same into office is going to change nothing.
