Is Fred Phelps an exemplary Christian with a place waiting for him in heaven?

I don't accept Phelps as a Christian in the first place, so asking whether he is exemplary is besides the point. I imagine there'll be more than a few people Fred & Co. have perescuted over the years who will show up at his funeral, if only to hit him over the head with a shovel to make sure he is really dead.
