My ex bf wants me back and I'm seeing a new guy..I think I'm in love with both-please help!!?

So my bf of over two yrs. broke up with me about 5 mos. ago. It came out of the blue to me, we didn't have an argument or anything, and it shattered my heart. I tried everything to get him to reconsider, to no avail. He said he just didn't think he could give me what I wanted out of life (possibly marriage and children). He also said he didn't see us getting back together at all. So, I moved on, albiet quickly. I met a new guy whom I've been dating 3 mos. The ual chemistry is off the charts, he's alot more financially stable and driven than the ex, and wants to settle down soon (we're all early 30's). Thing is, I don't feel nearly as comfortable around the new guy as I did the ex. Well now the ex says he made a huge mistake and wishes we could get back together. Of course I would be worried the entire time that he would leave again..OK now I'm rambling. Anyone been in this situation? Does it sound like my ex only wants me back because he can't have me?!
