Depression & sleep?

Been told i'm depressed so am on a course of antibiotics. Been having troublw with anxiety and panic attacks which is less now but i'm waking up early in the morning (5 - 6am usually )and not being bale to get back to sleep. anyone know if this is a symptom of depression or if it could be my pills? i'm on Fluoxetine.
