Drivers licence reinstatement. Had it in az now live in ct how do I do it and what are the costs?

I had my drivers licence suspended in az years ago. I just paid the fines an stuff and can reinstate it. I live in ct now. I'm very confused how I can do it all and the costs. Once I reinstate it I'll have a valid az licence(I think) what's involved in getting it here?
