Domain Name transfer on a disconnected Account?

How do I get in contact with Yahoo Small Business to transfer my old domain name that is still with Yahoo but the account that it was attached to is now disconnected. According to ICANN it still belongs to me but I have been having a very difficult time contacting Yahoo to get the authorization codes to transfer it to another provider since I do not have an account with them anymore.
