They'll know all the best doctors and such. And if you want, you can gab at me. I've been through it too. Missed school, I'm having my 7th surgery in March. There are times I can't get out of bed. And your friends move on because they never expect you to be able to do anything... So I know how lonely it is. You've just got to hold on and fight. One of my co-workers is a bit off. She is always dressed sloppily, has a strange spacey look in her eyes, and is constantly talking about her 5 kids. Here is the scary part: she homeschools the children herself. I'm pretty sure this lady isn't quite all there. My family collected some of our unwanted items like clothes, old toys, etc., to take to my co-worker and her children. Tis' the season, right? When I arrived, I was faced with one of the most disturbing home scenes imaginable. Her children were out of control to say the least. As I walk through the door, I see 5 little heads pop out from various points, and then they start running around like crazed animals. They were screaming, pulling down curtains, and one of the boys was shooting a smaller boy with a pellet gun. Meanwhile, seated in the center of this chaos was my co-worker, with a giant grin on her face, "Hey! Don't mind the kids, they get excited when visitors come over." She grabbed one of them as he was running by, and the boy struggled like he was being abducted. Finally after he quit worming around, she told him to say hello to the guest. This is the part that breaks my heart, the little boy could only produce a "heh" type of noise. He had to have been around nine or so. How are we letting people get away with this horrendous abuse. I've seen success with homeschooling before, but this case certainly speaks volumes on just how much oversight needs to be present in the homeschooling system. In extreme cases it seems to be producing feral children!

Just remember only compare you to you not anyone else. Improve because you want to not to be better than so and so. If you have kept on drawing and enjoy it, that says something for you. I think it's good your direction of the plot shows that consequences of such final actions may not be what it seems. Inside entertainment for Border Collie?

My husband and I just got a 3 year old Border Collie. She is a lot of fun, and I spend a lot of time outside with her playing but I need to get housework done, and our yard isn't fenced in so I don't feel comfortable with her being outside on her own until I know she wont go anywhere. We live on 2 acres down a dirt road that rarely has traffic, and past dogs have never had an issue once they are taught to stay in their yard. The only thing with her is that she is very very active, and I figured maybe giving her a rawhide would keep her occupied while she was in the house but I was wrong she doesn't like them. I have tried different flavored rawhides, or boiling them in chicken broth or putting peanut er on them. I have tried dentastix, and she doesn't like any of them. Are there any toys or treats you can suggest that would keep her occupied for more then a minute? She has a bunch of different toys but all she wants me to do is throw them and thats hard to do when I am washing dishes!

After divorce, will his bad credit affect me?

My husband and I were divorced. We never had any credit cards or loans in our names jointly and in the divorce decree, we were each given responsibility of paying back our individual credit cards and loans. Since that time, he has gotten behind and/or stopped paying several of his credit cards and loans. Can this affect my credit even if my name was never on them? There was one card that I was an authorized user on but it was never considered a joint card and I was removed as an authorized user prior to the divorce being finalized. If they don't even have my social security number, can they still come after me or affect my credit negatively? Also, if he files for bankruptcy and the debt is written off, can they come after me, again, having never had my name on those debts?

How can I clean my cedar lined dresser drawers?

I have a dresser that my parents purchased in 1954. The drawers are cedar lined and it's in excellent shape...I've used this dresser for 15 years now. I moved from California to Upstate NY during the summer of 2005 and the mover put my things in storage for me (because my family and I traveled for 4 months before landing in NY). The mover didn't cover any of my belongings with sheets or otherwise and my stuff was in storage for 9 months before I bought a house. Now my dresser drawers don't keep anything fresh. I wiped them down with a wet cloth and even sprayed them with essance of cedar, but after a month my clothes end up smelling very stale and old (like sheets that have sat in an old closet for way too long). This was never an issue before, so I'm uming the drawers must have absorbed dust and what-not. My clothes (esp my sweaters) used to smell fresh...with a light hint of cedar...before my dresser was in storage. Please help!

I would like a professional opinion on a question that has been on my mind for the past few days. I would like to know who would win in a contest between two Confederate generals if they were to face off against each other on the battlefield. Well I should say ex-teacher. I'll try to explain this the best way I can. I know it's not right for me to feel this way, but I adore my ex-teacher so much. I'm not saying it's love, because I'm not just another dumb teen looking to score with a mentor. I also would never express these feelings to my teacher because I would never dream of putting her career and life in jeopardy. If you want an easy time with this paper, chose a topic that you can easily access a lot of information for, or one that you feel strongly about. I think my dogs are great. Who doesn't? I have four. One, a German Shepherd, is very special to me. I spent months researching breeders. I finally found a breeder that the whole family was satified with. We then spent the next year and a half on the waiting list. By the time I got my puppy I felt like I had been bonded with him for about two years. I was 17 and a junior in high school when he finally came home. I did everything right with this dog. I socialized him like it was my full time job. He and I started cles together almost immediately. He was, for the most part, a dream to train. I went to a very small, private, college prep high school. I was actually able to convince them to let me bring him to school with me during part of my senior year. He was so good, he would just lay next to my chair. As he started maturing into an adult we dabbled in many dog activities. Agility, herding, search and rescue, therapy dogs and of course obedience. He and I have such a bond as a team that I understand him better than I do a lot of people in my life. He is now, at 11, considered old for a GSD. I've become ultra paranoid about him. He is in fantastic health. Other than he is quite grey in the muzzle you'd never think he was older than 8 years. I'm always wondering how he is doing medically. He has blood work done twice a year and I have an ultrasound done then too. I jokingly tell people that I should probably go on antidepressants now, so that I will be better prepared if something were to happen to him. But it's really not a joke. Even though I have other pets that are a huge part of my heart, when he goes he will be taking the majority of my heart with him. I will always have a strong bond with dogs, but I'm a bit worried that I will never bond like this again. In a nutshell this dog has been the definition of man's best friend.

This is certainly a deterrent. They may be crazy but they aren't stupid. If push comes to shove and an all out shooting war breaks out the most likely scenario will be that China will invade N. I was in an accident in a leased car and the car was damaged and the collission shop picked it up. I signed an authorization to work paper but my father is the owner of the car. But, the collission shop says they will release the car if I would like. Now I want to know is whether I should just let the collission shop do the work (it is reputable) or go to the Nissan dealership (my car is an 07 Maxima)? What is up with my disgusting toilet tank?

I noticed there was a bad smell coming from my bathroom...sort of stale and chemical in nature. I clean regularly, so I started to investigate places that weren't so obvious. The only weird thing I noticed was that my toilet tank is just covered in reddish brown...rust? and there is a patchy film all over the top of the water. Looks like slime aculation or a weird growth of something? I flushed my tank to see if it would go away, and hardly any of the water went down with the flush. I haven't noticed any troubles in using the toilet, and it's not horribly old. I was just wondering if anyone knew what could be going on or what I could do about it? Anyone? Thanks!

Just be a little more conservative in your auto selection. You don't need an Acura or Infiniti. A new Honda Civic or Nissan Versa will do just as well and last just as long. A used Infiniti that needs repair will cost you so much money. A new car has a new warranty and it's good to have peace in your mind that you don't have to deal with any major auto issues for years.

Confused! Could I be pregnant?

I'm like clockwork. Every 24 days I start my period and even between certain times of the day!! So I'm 3 days late and today I noticed what I thought was blood but wasn't the normal color, it was more of a pink instead of red red and a little brown. It's only there when I wipe. I've been sooo extremely tired this past week when I haven't been doing anything out of the ordinary. I get lightheaded when I stand up, feel sick to my stomach after I eat, have been getting headaches which I normally don't. People were kinder. Most mothers were stay-at-home mothers. I am not surprised that so many young people have piercings and tattoos today. Since there are 300 million of us, why don't we make things out of one another after we die. I'm positive we can produce things out of hair. Who says you can't comb the earth for more resources? It may be a hairy situation, but I'm sure it can be brushed over. Why not put more teeth into new technology? It's certainly worth chewing on. How do I get better at Tennis?

Alright I have been playing tennis for like 1 year now. From last Sept. to March. I played once a week with group lessons. From April to June I played once a week with a trainer who tought me how to hit topspin forehand/backhand and topspin serve. Right now that trainer moved away and I really don't have any friends that play tennis and it isn't fun playing against the board. My topspin forehand is alright and my topspin backhand is pretty bad, my serve is good when hit right but inconsistent. I start my freshman year this year and wanted to play tennis for my school and it starts in mid March. How can I get better without my trainer and only having the lessons once a week? After much agonizing deliberation I have decided that I will leave my husband. I am reluctant to enact this change but for various reasons I know I must. He does not function normally and cannot hold down a job, it is also very hard for him to look for a new job once he is fired. He is very very lazy and has become quite a couch potato. Regardless of these things, I love the guy. I love him like a brother. I am not attracted to him anymore, but I do not want to hurt him and I want him to eventually find happiness. I have "already checked out" and I am not interested in trying to help him anymore or trying to mother him. I have a daughter now and since she was born I have realized that I have two children. THe unemployment will run out eventually, but I don't want to wait for it and waste more of my life. I still hold onto hope that he will change and get a job and keep a job and turn into a great person, but at this point I know in my heart that even if it did happen my feelings for him could not return. Given this information, my mother is a combination of cruel and crazy, and I am fairly certain that she will not take me in while I get back on my feet. SHe would blame me for ruining my husband's life and even more likely decide for me that I am not "allowed" to get a divorce. She generally cools down after several days of wigging out however. I am so afraid of what she will say that I have put off leaving my husband for a *very* long time. I finally realize how silly this was, I guess old habits die hard. haha. Anyway, my other option is to move in with my friend, I'm so afraid. What do you think I should do? I was considering talking to my mother beforehand to test the waters, and if possible get her on my side in advance. I'm not even sure I can do this.

I own a 1995 dodge ram 1500 4wd with 5.9 gas motor. Is the trans line temp sensor needed?

I just installed a new line and my old sensor will not fit in the new line. It is a little to big. As i had to wait 3 days for this line i am not in the position to wait for a new one and it not work either. I was told it would just lock the converter up all the time not using the sensor. I was told by a ford tech to either leave the plug open or wire the two wires together. Im not sure what to do. Any info would be great. I drove with the plug open ( not connected) and it keeps going in and out of overdrive erractily. I was thinking of trying to use a tap and die set to make the threads a little bigger but then there is the issues of metal shavings in the line. ( also not sure if i can locate a tap that big). What do you guys think i should do?

This is what I would do. Try your best to grow out your eyebrows (wait a month so it all grows out), then go get them THREADED and tell them you just want to make them look neat and not have too much taken off. Threading is great because it gives you a very precise and perfect eyebrow. Then you can maintain the shape at home whenever a hair grows out of place. This is what I do, and it works very well because I too hate over plucking!

I have to write an essay regarding the differences between individual and collective human rights. However, I am very confused on what IS individual human rights and what IS collective human rights. Been told i'm depressed so am on a course of antibiotics. Ok first I would like to say this guy was my first love and im sure I was his.
